Would you like to volunteer for the National Graves' Disease Foundation

We need members to help as Volunteers ! Our volunteers nationwide are very involved in every facet of the organization's operations. We are looking for volunteers in the following areas:

• Planning and participating in conferences and other special events.
• Soliciting funds and in-kind donations from individuals, businesses, and foundations.
• Assisting in organizing family-oriented support groups.
• Assisting with our Internet networks and resources.
• Assisting in the development of the content for the Web site and print publications.
• Conducting outreach and public information activities involving health care providers, community groups, local and national organizations, and the mass media.
• Serving our members through person-to-person support, outreach, and correspondence.

Becoming a mentor, buddy or pen-pal with another Graves' patient or family member. Helping to make phone calls.

Helping by transcribing notes and tapes. Keeping us informed of media and news in your part of the country (send us copies)
