When a person joins the NGDF, that members’ contact information is used to send them our newsletters and other membership materials, to inform them when their membership is due to expire, and to send them occasional requests to participate in research. 

Your e-mails to the NGDF are not shared with other outside groups or foundations without your permission. If a member of the NGDF staff feels your e-mail needs to be sent to a medical professional for reply you will be notified via e-mail that your post to us has been sent to a professional to provide an answer to your question or concern.

Security:
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This site will incorporate SSL encryption during the transmission of sensitive information such as credit card information.

Financial data and contact information will be shared with agents of the NGDF such as our bank, for billing purposes and confirmation of credit. They will not be shared with any other outside parties, except as may be required by law.

Advertising Policy:
While there are currently no ads at www.ngdf.org, we reserve the right to accept advertising on the condition that there is no attempt to influence the activity or content of the NGDF organization or website by prospective sponsors.
